These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding document between you ("User") and mario888 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the mario888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the mario888 platform immediately. Continued use after any amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual, whether using different personal details or shared devices, violates these Terms and may result in all related accounts being frozen or closed.

During registration, users must:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including full name as per identity card (MyKad), active mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• Choose a unique username and password. The password must be kept confidential and not shared with any party.
• Submit identity verification documents when requested by mario888 for the purpose of complying with KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
• Update personal information through the account settings section if any changes occur.

mario888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for identity verification purposes if there is suspicious activity or a reported discrepancy in information.

mario888 supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian users. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or supported cryptocurrencies.

Accepted payment methods include:

Withdrawal requests will be processed once identity verification is successful and there are no active disputes on the account. mario888 does not charge any internal processing fees on deposits, however fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside our control.

The mario888 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — starting from 0.2% for Bronze up to 1.0% for Diamond. Progress through the VIP programme depends on the user's betting activity over time.

mario888 reserves the right to amend, suspend or end any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including betting strategies considered as hedging or exploitation, may result in cancellation of the bonus and related withdrawals.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the mario888 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Communicating in a manner that contains offensive language, threats, harassment or obscene content directed at staff or other users.
• Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the stability of mario888 systems or infrastructure.
• Disclosing, selling or transferring account information to third parties without written consent from mario888.
• Falsifying identity or using forged documents during the verification process.
• Using funds obtained illegally for deposits or betting activity on the platform.

Any violation of these provisions gives mario888 the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Financial losses resulting from betting activities carried out by the user.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mario888's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters or regulatory decisions.
• Device damage or data loss experienced while using the platform.
• Inaccurate information caused by technical errors or third-party mistakes.

All games on mario888 use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness. However, mario888 does not guarantee any winning outcome to any user.
